PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for peeling an aluminum bar material, capable of surely performing cutting work.SOLUTION: A method for peeling an aluminum bar material includes cutting the outer peripheral surface of an aluminum bar material by: sequentially conveying the aluminum bar material W along an upstream carrier machine, an upstream support machine, a cutting work machine 3, a downstream side support machine, and a downstream side carrier machine; and on the other hand, rotating a cutting blade 31 of the cutting work machine 3 along the outer peripheral surface of the aluminum bar material W which passes the cutting work machine 3. A percentage Pc of a rotation frequency Pb of the aluminum bar material W to a rotation frequency Pa of the cutting blade is adjusted to 0.01%-0.2%, while rotating the cutting blade 31 and the aluminum bar material W in the same direction, by making a grip force to the aluminum bar material W by at least one of the carrier machines of the upstream carrier machine and the downstream side carrier machine act as a brake force to the rotation force of the aluminum bar material W, occurring by the rotation of the cutting blade 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
