PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables operation by an abbreviated word shorter as it is estimated to be a desired operation item.SOLUTION: A voice input auxiliary device comprises: an abbreviation storage unit for associating and storing an operation item with an abbreviation corresponding to the desired level of the operation item; a desired level estimation unit for estimating the desired level per operation item using a prescribed index, and for determining an abbreviation from the abbreviation storage unit according to the desired level; and an output processing unit for presenting the abbreviation determined by the desired estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
