Public emergency solar charging station for mobile communication devices consist of permanently embedded carrier construction with at least one solar panel (1), connected with voltage supply unit (2), to which is attached the hub (3) of electricity. Among the solar panel (1) and voltage supply unit (2) is included the measuring device (4) for supplying electricity and/or block (5) for controlling the charging and between the voltage supply unit (2) and the hub (3) of electricity is included the measurement device (6) of electricity consumption. Measuring equipment (4) for electricity supplying and measuring device (6) of energy consumption is connected to a control unit (7) connected to the wifi router (8) with modem. The control unit (7) is connected to the hub (3) of electricity. The voltage supply unit (2) comprises a battery (9) and the voltage inverter (10).
