PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device that can be easily designed and is reduced in phase noise.SOLUTION: A receiving device 10 extracting a pilot signal included in a receiving signal and performing frequency conversion of the receiving signal using the pilot signal includes: a conversion means (frequency conversion section 11) performing frequency conversion of the receiving signal on the basis of a local signal generated from the pilot signal; an extraction means (BPF12) extracting the pilot signal from a signal output from the conversion means; and a multiplying means multiplying the pilot signal extracted by the extraction means to generate a local signal and supplying the local signal to the conversion means.
