The present invention provides a capacitor module for an inverter of a vehicle to effectively reduce a common mode conduction noise in an amplitude modulation (AM) band. The capacitor module comprises: a DC-link capacitor connected to the input of an inverter in parallel between first and second high voltage input terminals; and Y-capacitors connected to the inverter in parallel. Each Y-capacitor comprises: a first capacitor element connected between the first high voltage input terminal and an earth bus bar; and a second capacitor element connected between the second high voltage input terminal and the earth bus bar, wherein the earth bus bar of the Y-capacitors is independently prepared and an earth hole of the earth bus bar is arranged to face a first direction.
