Provided is a combine wherein a structure for reducing a tertiary loss is simplified as much as possible, thereby responding to a recently increasing demand for cost reduction. A linkage means (390) which links an actuator (391) to an opening/closing mechanism (264) for a chaff sieve (261) is configured by a rotating member (394) that rotates forward and backward by driving of the actuator (291), and a pair of rotation detecting members (400, 401) that is able to be in contact with a cam part (396) formed on the outer peripheral side of the rotating member (394). When the rotating member (394) is kept waiting by a command from a control means (310) while one rotation detecting member (400) is on and a discharge straw detecting means (317) detects that there is no straw to be discharged, the rotating member (394) is rotated forward until the other rotation detecting member (401) becomes on, and the chaff sieve (261) is forcedly opened by means of the opening/closing mechanism (264). After a lapse of a predetermined time, the rotating member (394) is rotated backward until the one rotation detecting member (400) becomes on, and the forced opening is released. |
