MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITE HAVING GOOD SURFACE CLEARNESS AND GOOD GLOSSINESS

The present invention relates to a method for preparing an excellent thermoplastic resin composition having excellent surface clarity and gloss and capable of preventing mold deposits during a high-speed injection process, by preparing a resin latex using a reactive emulsifier at the time of emulsification polymerization of rubber latex composed of polybutadiene and using a hydrophobic initiator at the time of graft copolymerization of rubber latex, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a vinyl cyano monomer; aggregating the resin latex; compression-hydrating the same to have a water content of less than 10% using a compression type dehydrator; and performing a wet powder extrusion process. The method comprises (1) a rubber latex preparation step of preparing rubber latex from a conjugated diene monomer using a reactive emulsifier; (2) a resin latex preparation step of graft-copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyano monomer to the rubber latex using a reactive emulsifier and a hydrophobic initiator, thereby preparing resin latex; and (3) a dehydration step of aggregating the resin latex and mechanically dehydrating the aggregated product to have a water content of 2-15%, thereby obtaining a wet powder; and (4) a wet co-extrusion step of wet co-extruding the wet powder together with an aromatic vinyl-vinyl cyano copolymer, thereby preparing a pellet.
