Disclosed are a plant growing structure which enables a user to grow maximum plants in a dome-shaped space by using a natural light, and a plant growing method thereof. For the same, provided in the present invention is a plant growing structure which includes a geodesic dome covering by connecting multiple stainless steel; a nutrition solution bed part arranged on the ground of the inside of the geodesic dome, having the multiple stainless steel formed in a spiral structure, including multiple insertion grooves, and supplying a nutrition solution flowing into the inside to a plant pot inserted into the insertion grooves; and a light collecting part collecting solar heat from the outside of the geodesic dome and radiating the solar heat on the plant pot inserted into the nutrition solution bed part. |
