The present invention relates to a cover structure for distribution board with picture frame function to create sense of shape and design of a distribution board installed at home or in a place requiring interior design and match the distribution board with indoors. The present invention includes: a frame (10) which an opening unit (11) is formed on, which has the upper outside to form one or more protrusion grooves (12), and which has the upper inside to form one or more protrusion hole (14); a protrusion piece (21) which is combined to be separated from the frame (10) not to be seen, bent and formed to be fit to the protrusion groove (2) formed on the upper outside of the frame (10); a protrusion fin (22) which is fit to the protrusion hole (14), formed on the lower inside of the frame (10), on the lower side of the frame (10); and a cover (20) which forms a picture frame unit (25) formed on the front side.
