The present invention relates to a novel 1,5-diaryl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxamidine compound exhibiting agonistic activity or antagonistic activity on a cannabinoid CB1 receptor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same. The compound according to the present invention has excellent peripheral tissue selectivity and exhibits antagonistic activity on a cannabinoid receptor, and thus can be useful for prevention or treatment of obesity or obesity-related metabolic disease.
