In the present invention, provided are a novel compound, which remarkably improves the longevity, efficiency, electrochemical stability and thermal stability of an organic light-emitting device, and an organic light-emitting device including the compound included in an organic compound layer. In the present invention, the provided compound is used in the manufactured organic light-emitting device as an electron transport layer, which has more outstanding properties in aspects of efficiency, driving voltage and stability compared with a conventional organic light-emitting device manufactured by using an existing compound. In addition, the compound makes contribution to the increase of electric charge mobility in the organic light-emitting device of the present invention.
