The present invention relates to a controlling system for a blowing sand and dust testing device and a controlling method thereof and, more specifically, to a controlling method for a blowing sand and dust testing device. In the controlling method of the controlling system for the blowing sand and dust testing device composed of the blowing sand and dust testing device including a blowing unit, a sand and dust injecting unit, a test chamber, a collecting unit, a duct unit, a first opening and closing door, a second opening and closing door, and a turntable and an integrated control unit controlling and monitoring the blowing sand and dust testing device in order to test resistance of a test specimen with respect to blowing sand and dust, the present invention relates to the controlling method of the blowing sand and dust testing device including: an operational mode input step (S100) of receiving an input of an administrator whether a mode is a preparation mode or an operation mode from the integrated control unit; a variable input step (S200) receiving an input of an input variable according to the mode of the operational mode input step (S100); and a mode performing step (S300) of testing the resistance of the test specimen with respect to blowing sand and dust by performing the preparation mode or the operation mode based on the input variable of the variable input step (S200).
