According to the present invention, the transmission device includes: a modulation part to perform QPSK modulation to original data using a different constellation combination pattern for each predetermined unit block; and a transmission part to transmit the QPSK-modulated data. As a result, the present invention can transmit additional data due to the constellation combination patterns in a hidden form, thereby improving BER performance.
