<p>The present invention relates to an M2M technique and, more specifically, to a method and a device for selectively controlling multi-connection between M2M nodes periodically to provide a continuous and active M2M service in various network environments and failure/delay and mobile situations of each node in an M2M system. Even after a connection setup is completed based on a primary profile of an M2M-based node, an M2M node or an M2M intermediate node, which is a local node, continuously optimizes M2M connection using environment setting information and mutually collected state information of nodes, thereby minimizing various failures and securing service quality. Failed M2M device and node can be checked in real time, and service failure can be prevented by actively supporting multi-connections. A system that does not cause a load of the M2M-based node can be configured through a function of generating and completing a secondary profile between the M2M node and the M2M intermediate node.</p> |
