<p>Provided are organic light emitting display device and manufacturing method. An organic light emitting display device capable of realizing a low-resistive cathode electrode, comprises a substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate; a first auxiliary electrode disposed on the same layer as that of the first electrode and spaced apart from the first electrode; a bank layer disposed on the first electrode and the first auxiliary electrode and having a first opening exposing the first electrode and the first auxiliary electrode; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode and the first auxiliary electrode exposed by the first opening; and a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer, and further comprising a conductive particle positioned within the organic light emitting layer disposed on the first auxiliary electrode and electrically connecting the first auxiliary electrode and the second electrode.</p> |
