Provided in the present invention are XL-DNA and XS-DNA which bind to TLR9 to effectively induce an acquired immune reaction by stimulating congenital immune cells such as increasing IFN-βand COX2 expression, increasing secretion of IL-12 and TNF-αof dendritic cells, and increasing expression of CD80 and CD86 which are auxiliary stimulation polymers on the surface of dendritic cells, and provide an excellent anticancer effect even with the small amount without side effects such as weight reduction when being administrated with doxorubicin to be used in treating and preventing cancer as an anticancer supplemental agent for anticancer medicines.
