The present invention relates to a moving apparatus, capable of easily transferring a support to a desired position to enable a leveling work between blocks by supporting the bottom of the ship blocks. The present invention comprises: a base member; a clamping unit to clamp the support on the top of the base member; and a lifting unit to lift the clamped support. The clamping unit includes: a clamp installed to be able to move on both sides to directly support the support; a clamping cylinder coupled to transfer the clamp respectively; and a bearing plate supporting an edge of the clamping cylinder. The lifting unit includes: a supporting unit installed on the both sides of the base member, wherein the upper surface is coupled to the bearing plate; and lifting cylinders installed on the bottom of the both edges of each support respectively.
