<p>The present invention relates to a method for displaying and saving a comparative analysis of diagnostic data on a vehicle diagnostic apparatus, wherein a vehicle state is measured by a vehicle′s electronic control unit that includes at least one of the engine control unit (ECU) and transmission control unit (TCU), and more particularly, to a method for displaying and saving a comparative analysis of diagnostic data on a vehicle diagnostic apparatus which includes: a measurement value saving step (S1) that saves diagnostic data measured from a vehicle in a normal state as standard diagnostic data; and a comparing and displaying step (S2) that displays the content of a comparison between measured diagnostic data measured from a measured vehicle and the standard diagnostic data measured from the measurement value saving step (S1). According to the present invention, saving vehicle diagnostic data through various methods and performing a real-time comparison between the saved vehicle diagnostic data and vehicle diagnostic data being measured provide the advantage that differences, when they appear, can be comparatively displayed for a user′s immediate and intuitive understanding.
