A psychosomatic state recovery system is provided with a psychosomatic state recovery promotion device for recovering the psychosomatic state of a subject, and a stimulation device for stimulating the subject. In the psychosomatic state recovery promotion device, a detection unit detects psychosomatic information continuously in an unconstrained manner. A feature extraction unit extracts a feature amount from the psychosomatic information. An identification unit identifies, according to a condition for the feature amount, whether or not the psychosomatic state has deteriorated. A determination unit determines a coping method that indicates the contents of control of the stimulation device in order to recover the psychosomatic state using the stimulation device when the psychosomatic state is identified as having deteriorated. A display control unit displays, on a display device, information that encourages the implementation of the coping method when the psychosomatic state is identified as having deteriorated. |
