PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degreasing body manufacturing method that can effectively manufacture uniform degreasing bodies and a sintered body manufacturing method that can effectively manufacture sintered bodies excellent in magnetic property.SOLUTION: In a degreasing body manufacturing method, a degreasing treatment is applied to a compact including magnetic metal powder, whose main component is either of Fe, Ni, or Co, and an organic binder. The organic binder used includes: a first binder component whose decomposition temperature at 1 atmospheric pressure is TH [°C]; and a second binder component whose decomposition temperature at 1 atmospheric pressure is TL [°C] being lower than the TH. The degreasing treatment includes: a first degreasing temperature rising process of heating up the compact at the temperature lower than TL-30°C; a second degreasing temperature rising process of heating up the compact at the temperature TL-30°C or higher but lower than TL+50°C; and a third degreasing temperature rising process of heating up the compact at the temperature TL+50°C or higher but lower than TH+200°C. |
