In the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for manufacturing vacuum multi-layer glass, comprising a vacuum chamber; a supporting tool which is installed in the vacuum chamber to support a plurality of sheets of vacuum multi-layer glass; and a capping tool which caps the capping member of the sheets of vacuum multi-layer glass supported by the supporting tool, wherein the capping tool has a plurality of first capping modules for supporting the capping members; and a second capping module which heats frit members coated on one side of each capping member supported by the first capping module and enables the frit members to pressurize the heated capping member toward the vacuum multi-layer glass. The disclosed apparatus for manufacturing vacuum multi-layer glass has the capping tool with mesh-shaped heating members to heat the capping member and frit member at the same time, thereby easily capping discharge holes on the vacuum multi-layer glass in a case of supporting various sized vacuum multi-layer glass by the supporting tool.
