Disclosed is a tube for a heat exchanger including a helical groove. The tube for a heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first pipe part (110) which is formed on both ends of the tube, wherein an internal surface and an external surface are formed in a smooth tube shape; and a second pipe part (120) which is disposed between the first pipe parts (110), has two or more grooves (121) on the outer surface in the longitudinal direction of the tube, wherein the grooves (121) are formed in a helical shape surrounding the outer periphery of the tube and a protrusion (122) is formed on the inner surface of the tube by the groove (121).
