<p>The present invention relates to a system and method for assessing a procedure compliance level in an emergency situation of a nuclear power plant, capable of quantitatively grasping a standard procedure compliance level of an emergency situation procedure of operators in the nuclear power plant. The present invention includes a first recognition unit which is attached to each operator, a second recognition unit which is mounted on each nuclear power equipment and communicates with the first recognition unit, a database which stores information related to a standard procedure which each operator performs with regard to each nuclear power equipment, and a server which communicates with the second recognition unit and assesses the standard procedure stored in the database and the actual procedure of each operator by the second recognition unit.
