The present invention relates to a glass film laminate, comprising a carrier glass, which includes a roughness surface whose roughness is relatively bigger, a smooth surface whose roughness is relatively smaller to surround the roughness surface and a connection roughness surface connected to the roughness surface, and a glass film stacked on the roughness surface and the smooth surface of the carrier glass. The glass film laminate of the present invention includes the carrier glass with the roughness surface, the connection surface and the smooth surface. Even though air located between the glass film and the carrier glass is expanded in a heat treatment process of the glass film laminate, the air can be discharged via fine space between the connection roughness surface and the glass film since the glass film laminate includes the roughness surface, connection roughness surface and the smooth surface, thereby maintaining the glass film.
