<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide an improved passenger seat air bag door structure of a car to improve assembly when a passenger seat air bag door is mounted on a crash pad, and to improve a performance of an expansion of a passenger seat air bag. To achieve the above objective in the passenger seat air bag door structure, a passenger seat air bag door is coupled to an air bag to be fixated to a mounting hole of a crash pad, and includes: a door plate included on the upper surface to have a tear line mounted on the surface thereof, and a skirt part formed to be extended downward along the edge of the door plate. The skirt part includes: a rotational protrusion formed on one side surface between the front and the back thereof to act as the rotational center by being inserted downward around the mounting hole of the crash pad when the passenger seat air bag door is assembled with the crash pad; and a tension hook formed on the other side surface thereof to be elastically transformed in a direction of solving interference when there is interference and the interference is returned to its original position if the interference is removed.</p> |
