The present invention relates to an air supply and absorption system of a dental chair unit which comprises a compressed air spray member (10) generating compressed air and spraying the compressed air in one direction; a supply pipe (12) installed on one side of the compressed air spray member (10) and guiding the compressed air by being formed in a pipe shape; a handpiece connecting pipe (14) connected to the supply pipe (12) and guiding the compressed air discharged through the supply pipe (12) to a handpiece (7); a dividing pipe (18) connected to one side of the supply pipe (12), and dividing the compressed air of the supply pipe (12); an orifice pipe (22) installed on one side of the dividing pipe (18), and increasing the flow rate of the compressed air guided by the dividing pipe (18); an absorption pipe (24) connected to one side of the orifice pipe (22) and absorbing the air by the pressure different formed by the compressed air flowing through the orifice pipe (22); and a suction member (8) connected to the absorption pipe (24) and absorbing a removed material during a dental treatment. According to the present invention, the system generate the absorption power by using the orifice pipe without using an additional vacuum pump, thereby having an effect of enabling a stable dental treatment by reducing noise caused by operation of the vacuum pump during the dental treatment.
