The present invention relates to a primer and a probe for specifically detecting a quantitative AbSCD1 related to a pathogenic gene of Alternaria brassicicola which causes black spot. More specifically, a real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method using the primer and the probe is allowed to detect Alternaria brassicicola in a specific and quantitative manner, and accordingly the primer and the probe can be used for objective quantification of the diagnosis and progress of the black spot.
