A quay wall structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed as protruded toward the sea from a quay wall, and can have a semi-submersible barge which is moved to the quay wall mounted thereon when a ship constructed on the ground is moved to an upper part of the semi-submersible barge on the sea from the quay wall. In addition, a launching method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: constructing a ship on the ground; moving the ship constructed on the ground to the quay wall; moving the ship constructed on the ground onto the semi-submersible barge after mounting the semi-submersible barge to the quay wall structure; and launching the ship by having the semi-submersible barge submerged. |
