Disclosed are a proxy payment system and a method thereof. The proxy payment system, acting, as a proxy, payment between an overseas affiliate company and a domestic affiliate store, comprises an account management unit opening an overseas affiliate company dedicated account for receiving payment of a service used by a domestic non-resident in the domestic affiliate store from the overseas affiliate company and a domestic affiliate store dedicated account, and managing the same, and a proxy payment unit requesting, when a request for payment of a service that the domestic non-resident has used in the domestic affiliate store is received from the domestic affiliate store, the account management unit to withdraw an amount of payment from the overseas affiliate company dedicated account and deposit the same to the domestic affiliate store dedicated account. |
