Disclosed are a vertical organic light emitting transistor capable of upwardly emitting light and a lamp device including the same. The disclosed lamp device includes a plurality of gate electrode lines which are arranged on a substrate in parallel with a preset space, a gate insulation layer which covers the gate electrode lines on the substrate, a plurality of first electrode lines which overlap with the gate electrode lines or are orthogonal to the gate electrode lines, a first charge transport layer which covers the first electrode lines on the gate insulation layer, a plurality of active layers which are arranged on the first charge transport layer in a matrix to face the first electrode line, a second charge transport layer which covers the active layer on the first charge transport layer, and a plurality of source electrode lines which are orthogonal to the first electrode lines on the second charge transport layer and cross the active layer. |
