<p>The present invention relates to a semi-rotation-capable structure for, fixating an index which maximizes the rotation efficiency to realize perfect painting work on the front face of a painted object without causing any location modification of a jig on a conveyor, which is engaged with a jig (10) which fixates and holds a plurality of painted objects upward and is fixated and engaged with a moving unit downward to perform a painting process of automobile plastic parts by passing through an automatic process line. The index comprises: a flat plate-shaped support plate to guide a fixation-engagement with the jig; an insertion member which is integrally formed with the support plate and has a hollow space inside the cylindrical inside; a round-shaped rod which is inserted into the hollow space of the insertion member; and a support body which is integrally formed with the corresponding round-shaped rod to support the round-shaped rod while guiding the fixation-engagement by being overlapped on the moving unit. The insertion member forms a rotary wing, which is radially arranged to the side from the corresponding outer surface, to manipulate rotation of the jig which holds the painted object.</p> |
