<p>Disclosed are a voltage compensation type pixel circuit capable of correcting the change of a threshold voltage due to continuous gate bias of a driving TFT, and a control method thereof. A voltage compensation type pixel circuit, in a voltage compensation type pixel circuit of an organic light emitting display device, includes a driving TFT which is located between a high level power line and a low level power line and is turned on or off according to a voltage applied to a gate electrode, and drives a light emitting device, a first TFT which switches a voltage applied to the gate electrode of the driving TFT according to a first gate signal to be formed in a first node, and a second TFT which is connected to a data line to which a data signal is inputted, and switches it to allows the data signal to be directly applied to the source electrode of the driving TFT. Therefore, the change of a threshold voltage due to the continuous gate bias of a driving TFT can be compensated.</p> |
