The present invention relates to a thin film polarized film which can be obtained by a high-powered drawing process and a dying process using a polyvinyl alcohol composite film formed with a polyvinyl alcohol film of a high polymerization degree on a substrate film. The present invention is possible to manufacture the thin film polarized film with an excellent transmittance and polarization even without an insolubilization process. And also the present invention can be usefully used in a liquid crystal display and a polarizing plate of an organic light emitting display.
