NON-ORIENTIED ELECTRICAL STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A manufacturing method of a non-oriented electrical steel sheet by an embodiment of the present invention comprises: 0.005 wt% or less of C (excluding 0 wt%), 2.2-4.5 wt% of Si, 0.02-0.1 wt% of Al, and 0.5 wt% or less of Mn (excluding 0 wt%). The present invention also includes 0.1-0.25 wt% of Sn and Sb by being added solely or complexly. The manufacturing method comprises: a step of manufacturing a hot rolled plate by performing a hot rolling operation after heating a slab whose remaining consists of Fe and inevitably added impurities; a step of primarily annealing the hot rolled plate; a step of manufacturing a cold rolled plate by performing a cold rolling operation on the steel sheet complete with the primary annealing; and a step of secondarily annealing the cold rolled plate.
