The present invention provides a device for collecting body fluid and a method of collecting body fluid using the same. The device for collecting body fluid includes: a centrifuging tube; a funnel installed to an inner upper end of the centrifuging tube; a filter paper installed inside the funnel to absorb body fluid; and a centrifugal separator for rotating the centrifuging tube in which the funnel provided with the filter paper is installed, wherein the funnel has a circular cone shape where the diameter of an upper end is narrower than that of a lower end, and a diameter of an upper end of the funnel is equal to or larger than that of the centrifuging tube, such that the funnel is fixed to an inside of the centrifuging tube when being installed in the centrifuging tube. As described above, according to the device for collecting body fluid and the method of collecting body fluid using the same of the present invention, the body fluid which is not diluted by the filter paper may be effectively separated by using centrifugal force.
