a scaffold including a first section distributed axially along and circumscribing a longitudinal axis and including a second section distributed axially along and circumscribing the longitudinal axis wherein the sections define a cylindrical moiety, the sections comprise an axially protruding pin and an elastic material; one or more bridges including at least one interior hinge and at least one boss; and a joint between the first section and the second section comprising the pin disposed within the boss.
