The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film which can raise connection reliability and implement stable connection resistance, and more specifically, to an anisotropic conductive film which has excellent connection reliability and generates less bubble by comprising an epoxy resin where the glass transition temperature is 200 to 300°C, an epoxy resin where the glass transition temperature is 130 to 200°C, and conductive particles where the K value is 1000 to 3000 N/mm^2.
