The present invention relates to a cell incubator apparatus of a drying oven type for maintaining the uniform temperature of a sample by additionally forming a constant temperature box inside an oven. The apparatus in the present invention comprises a body forming the inside of an oven having a certain space; a constant temperature box formed inside the oven and storing a sample; a warm air generating device generating warm air to heat the inside of the oven; a body air outlet discharging the warm air inside the oven to the outside of the body; and a tube connecting the body air outlet and the constant temperature box, and supplying the warm air discharged from the body air outlet to the constant temperature box.
