METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING MEMORY OPERATION

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for controlling memory operation. The method determines the number of commands in each address of memories based on the information of a request stored in a scheduler buffer and an interface buffer in order to control the memory operation, a control state of the memory operation according to the type of the maximum command, and the type of a request outputted from the scheduler buffer and a request transmitted from the interface buffer to the scheduler buffer according to the control state of the memory operation.
