The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a press mold for the mass production of a hot-stamping cold trim and the press mold for the mass production of a hot-stamping cold trim using the same. In the manufacture of the press mold for the mass production of a hot-stamping cold trim, the present invention is characterized by including a first step of forming a single mold material by welding a first steel body, which is a super-hardness steel body, and a second steel body, which is a steel body made of hot alloy tool steel; a second step of grinding the bottom surface and one edge surface of the mold material with allowance for machining; a third step of machining the rest of the four edge surfaces whereon joint portions of the mold materials are formed, except for the edge surface machined through the prior step; a fourth step of machining reference holes for a guide pin of the mold material and a reference surface thereof; a fifth step of forming bolt holes penetrating through the reference surface and bottom surface of the mold material; a sixth step of surface-machining the surface of the first steel body made of a super-hardness material to be stepped around the reference holes; a seventh step of thermally treating the mold material; and an eighth step of grinding the bottom surface and the edge surface with the allowance for machining at exact size by applying a corrective value based on a table of measurement values according to machining conditions and wire-machining the edge surface with allowance for machining to form the front end at exact size.
