<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device for improving the flatness of a thin film by preventing the non-uniformity of the thin film. Provided is an organic light emitting display device which includes a substrate, a pixel electrode which is arranged on the substrate, a pixel defining layer which covers the edge of the pixel electrode to expose at least a first part of the edge, a first middle layer which is arranged on the pixel electrode to cover the first part and the center of the pixel electrode, an auxiliary insulation layer which is arranged on the first middle layer to cover a part corresponding at least the first part of the first middle layer, a light emitting layer which is arranged on the first middle layer to correspond to the center of the pixel electrode, and a counterpart electrode which faces the pixel electrode by interposing the middle layer.</p> |
