The present invention relates to a ventilation system of an engine power plant which cools air introduced from the outside by using an absorption-type refrigerator, supplies the air to the inside of the power plant, and properly controls the temperature inside the power plant. The ventilation system of an engine power plant of the present invention comprises: an engine installed inside the power plant; a boiler producing high-temperature steam by using exhaust gas discharged from the engine; an absorption-type refrigerator producing cold water by reaction of the steam produced in the boiler; a heat-exchanger controlling the temperature inside the power plant by cooling external air introduced into the power plant by the cold water produced by the absorption-type refrigerator; and cold water supply pipes which are connected between the absorption-type refrigerator and the heat-exchanger and supply the cold water produced by the absorption-type refrigerator to the heat-exchanger.
