The present invention provides a battery protection circuit board including: a plate body, an upper pattern which is formed on the upper side of a board body, a lower pattern which is formed on the lower side of the board body, and a connection unit which electrically connects a sidewall of the upper pattern and the lower pattern. The present invention prevents increase of resistance in a connection method which uses an existing via hole due to connecting an electric connection layer between the upper layer pattern and the lower layer pattern on the board by using the sidewall.
