<p>In the present invention, disclosed are a hot-rolled steel sheet for enamel having high strength and excellent fish scale resistance by decreasing the amount of niobium and increasing the amount of titanium, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of a hot-rolled steel sheet for enamel according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) reheating a slab plate composed of 0.05-0.08 wt% of carbon (C), 0.1 wt% or less of silicon (Si), 1.8-2.2 wt% of manganese (Mn), 0.02 wt% or less of phosphorus (P), 0.02 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.1 wt% or less of aluminum (Al), 0.12-0.16 wt% of titanium (Ti), 0.02-0.06 wt% of niobium (Nb), and the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities at the temperature of 1100-1200 deg. C; (b) hot rolling the reheated plate at a finish delivery temperature (FDT) of 750-900 deg. C; and (c) cooling and winding the hot-rolled plate.</p> |
