The present invention relates to a remote psychology counseling system using a bio signal measuring device. According to the present invention, the remote psychology counseling system using a bio signal measuring device includes: a portable user terminal for a survey; a bio signal measuring device for measuring a bio signal of a patent using the portable terminal; a psychotherapy booth enabling various psychotherapy during real time online psychology counseling with a psychology counselor in accordance with a result of the survey conducted in the portable terminal; database for storing a bio signal measurement result and the survey result of a patient using the portable terminal; a counselor portable terminal reading accumulated information from the database in case of the real time psychology counseling in the psychotherapy booth and transmitting counseling information of the patient to a medical institution when direct treatment including medication treatment is necessary for the state of the patient; and a medical institution server receiving the survey result and the bio information on the patient from the database when the counseling information of the patient is received from the counselor portable terminal. Therefore, the remote psychology counseling system using a bio signal measuring device enables the patient who needs next treatment after the state of the patient is grasped using the survey, to have the real time online counseling with the counselor and performs the real time online counseling while recognizing the bio information of the patient using the bio signal measuring device when it is difficult to treat the patient only by the online counseling.
