The present invention consists of a treatment and storage unit storing water and crushed foods after foods to be processed are inputted by an input unit and foods are crushed in a food crusher in a unit; a mixing and fermentation unit mixing foods crushed in the treatment and storage unit and fermented sawdust inputted by a fermented sawdust entrance, and fermenting and extinguishing foods; and a transport screw transporting crushed foods in the treatment and storage unit to the mixing and fermentation unit. Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a food waste treating apparatus which effectively performs pulverization, water discharge, transportation, mixing, and fermentation of food leftovers in a unit apparatus, and as a result eliminates all food waste.
