The present invention relates to an aqueous pest control composition consisting of: a) 0.01-2 wt% of a pyrethroid compound; b) 1-40 wt% of at least one polypropylene glycol monopropyl ether selected from the group consisting of dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether and tripropylene glycol monopropyl ether; c) 5-40 wt% of at least one aqueous organic solvent selected from the group consisting of glycol monoalkyl ether having less than or equal to 7 carbon atoms and glycol having less than or equal to 9 carbon atoms; d) 20-80 wt% of water; and e) less than or equal to 5 wt% of a dosage form additive.
