<p>The present invention relates to a puffed cereal containing a seaweed, which is made by adding a seaweed to partially gelatinized rice, and has soft texture and improved preference, and to a method for manufacturing the same. The puffed cereal containing a seaweed has softer texture compared with a product having only rice puffed, does not contain saturated fat, trans fat, and cholesterol, and is able to be used as diet foods, health foods, convenience foods, and functional foods by having low calories.</p> |
