The present invention relates to a biofilter which is capable of effectively adsorbing and removing heavy metal components which are toxic chemicals contained in fine dust in the atmosphere, by producing a filter using metabolism-independent microbe. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. To this end, metabolism-independent microbe is immobilized on a surface of specimens by patterning of various cells using micro molding in capillaries (MIMIC).
