Disclosed is a connector that can respond to a high electric current and can be made light, thin, short and small. The connector according to an aspect of the present invention, which is a receptacle connector having a plug connector including a main body of a plug and multiple plug contacts installed on the main body of the plug, inserted and combined therewith, comprises: a main body of a receptacle having an inner space arranged to accommodate the plug connector; a first receptacle contact coupled with the main body of the receptacle and including a contact part that comes into contact with one among the multiple plug contacts when the plug connector is inserted; and a second receptacle contact coupled with the main body of the receptacle and including a contact part that comes into contact with another among the multiple plug contacts when the plug connector is inserted. The width of the first receptacle contact is greater than the width of the second receptacle contact. |
